It gives us great pleasure to introduce Shailesh Lodha as part of our ongoing Hasya Yatra series. As a Hindi poet and stand-up comedian, Shailesh Lodha is a well-recognised face on Indian television today. An excellent satirist, his jokes and poems are replete with pithy comments on the vagaries of life and peculiarities of the Hindi language, among other things. Starting his career at the tender age of 10, Shailesh Lodha has delivered laughter-packed performances in over 2,000 stage shows so far. He has also anchored more than 170 shows of the popular SAB TV programme, ‘Wah Wah – Hasya Kavi Sammelan’. His wit and humorous style has won him admirers across the globe.
