Qami has come back after a two-day tour. He is amazed to find his house in disarray. It seems, the house has been witness to a wedding ritual. The house servant, Barkat, informs him that his father Jameel has married Neelam, his secretary. Old enough to be his daughter, Neelam’s step-mother refuses permission of marriage till Jameel offers her a cheque of Rs. Ten Lakhs.

Qami is of marriageable age and is angry with his father for not considering his marriage first. He is now left to his own devices and will have to find a bride for himself! Neelam wants Jameel to take her on a honeymoon, but Jameel is skeptical. Don’t people his age go for pilgrimages? He requests son Qami to help him out of this quandary, but Qami blatantly refuses. Barkat, his servant, is now Jameel's only recourse!

Qami has set up his own marriage with complete help from Barkat. He is nervous as he has never seen his bride. He keeps the news of his marriage a secret to spite his father. Maria, Jameel’s boss, is getting married. In her late thirties, Maria is forced by her parents to marry a young boy. Maria’s groom happens to be none other than Qami. Guess what happens when all four start living under the same roof!!!

Maria is frightened when she finds that Qami is her husband and Jameel (manager) and Neelam (secretary) who works under her in the office are in fact her in-laws. An age difference between both the 'saas' and 'bahu' creates chaos in the house. Maria behaves bossy with everyone in the house, which is not acceptable for Neelam who wants Maria to treat her like a proper mother-in-law, do household work and always fulfill her demands. Maria on the other hand imposes discipline and rules her spouse and in-laws and expects them to behave like her employees..

Neelam and Jameel plans out their honeymoon in Paris and even drag Qami to be a part of the fuss. Rose, a neighbor who is hitting on Jameel, drops in at their house to know more about Qami’s step-mother and gets shocked to learn of the actual situation. Qami tries hard to convince Maria, but in vain. Barkat noshes up Neelam’s mind with a hell lot of ideas to control her daughter-in-law.

Neelam plans to perform black magic on Maria, but gets caught by her. Next day, Maria's college friend, Uruz comes at the office to meet her. Both chat about about their married lives. Commenting on Maria's situation, Uruz asks her freind to keep Jameel on her side to get things done from Neelam. Uruz even tries to play safe by attracting Qami and convincing him to get her two Lakh Rupees by portraying Maria negatively.

Uruz wheedles Jameel to become her business partner in Dubai. She persuades him to start a new life, away from all his miseries, which will cost him around 3 Lakh rupees. Maria comes to know that Uruz has succeeded in seizing a huge amount from father, son and Barkat. All three, including Neelam, blame Maria for the loss and plan out tactics so that they can get their money back from her.

Qami solicits Bedar to call as a kidnapper to Maria. But Maria goes out for an official meeting the whole day. Later in the evening, she gets a call on her cell phone and is stunned. Maria is ready to pay a ransom of 20 Lakh rupees to rescue Qami. Soon, she comes to know that it was planned by her in-laws for the sake of money. In the meantime, Qami is actually kidnapped by real kidnappers. Now, who will come to rescue Qami?

Smart Maria keeps her cool and leaves for office without panicking. Jameel and Neelam demand the ransom from Maria. She refuses and orders Jameel to pay the ransom as Qami is his son first and then her husband. Kidnappers pressurize Bedar and Qami to call their wives and demand for 20 Lakh rupees from each. Jameel and Neelam are now worried about Qami.

Jameel requests the kidnappers to release Qami by taking away all his wife's jewelry. Neelam is so possessive of her jewelry that she doesn't want to part it with anybody but later she relinquishes all her jewelry. Qami comes back home. Neelam wants to rule like a typical mother-in-law and decides to quit the job. She hands over her resignation letter to Jameel and asks him to forward it to Maria. Maria now is really pissed off with Neelam's act.
