Baghban

'Baghban' is an emotional story that highlights a scorching social issue - children ill-treating their parents in their old age. The heartless sons of Raj (Amitabh Bachchan) and Pooja Malhotra (Hema Malini) succeed in executing their plan of separating their aged parents because they feel burdened by them.

For some time, Raj and Pooja communicate with each other through letters and telephones. However, when the grief of separation gets too much to bear, the aged love birds run away. Soon, they happen to meet their foster son, Alok (Salman Khan), who takes care of them like an ideal son would. Fortunes turn and Raj Malhotra becomes rich and famous. Drawn by the lure of his money, Raj Malhotra's sons arrive to claim their place in his life. Will Raj and Pooja forgive their deeds and return to them?
