We are at the Parmarth Ashram at Paryang, Tibet. We also visited a local school, which is supported by Parmarth. We distributed gifts to the Tibetan kids, which was followed by much merriment and dance.

We reach Mansarovar and get our first glimpse of Mount Kailash and the holy lake Mansarovar. The journey has been very tough and tiring but we are all delighted at having reached our final destination.

I take a dip in the icy cold waters of lake Mansarovar. I was numb. Lord Shiva gave me the courage to do what I did. I consider myself very fortunate that I was able to take a ceremonial bath in the holy waters of lake Mansarovar.

We prayed at Ashtapath and Nandi Parbat, near Mansarovar. Ashtapath is the base of Mount Kailash and holds great significance for Jains as the first Jain Tirthankar, Lord Adinath, attained salvation at Ashtapath.
